Restoration of existing Hardwood Floors – Palo Alto Rental Unit.

Over the years, we have become key partners with local property management companies seeking to quickly upgrade a rental unit to maximize their profitability.

In the unit pictured above, our team refinished and applied 3 coats of polyurethane to the existing hardwood floors.

What is the refinishing process?

The restoration process (also known as, “Sand & Finish or Refinishing”) consist of sanding your existing hardwood floors until the natural wood layer resurfaces. We then apply an optional stain of color and polyurethane.

A great benefit of sanding your existing hardwood floors is that you are able to pick a stain (or color) to change the decor within the unit. Alternatively, you can keep the floor color natural while applying the same 3 coats of polyurethane to protect the flooring.
